Athlete Travel Option – Memphis (May 1–3, 2026)
This option covers your athlete’s transportation (excluding flight), lodging, and meals for our upcoming trip to Memphis, TN.
Athletes will depart from CAAT, Inc. on Friday, May 1, 2026 and will be transported to all games and team activities throughout the weekend. The team will return on Sunday, May 3, 2026.
This package includes:
• Team transportation (excluding flights)
• Hotel accommodations at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Memphis Downtown
• All meals, beginning with dinner on Friday
A detailed itinerary, including game times and daily schedule, will be shared once the official tournament schedule is released.
We strongly prefer that all athletes travel and stay together to ensure organization, safety, and team chemistry.
If paying via CashApp or Zelle, the Athlete Travel cost is $381.39. Payments made through the website will reflect a 3.5% processing fee.
Parent Room Information
A limited number of parent rooms have been reserved and are available on a first come, first served basis.
• Rooms at SpringHill Suites (team hotel) are available for $465.94 (2 nights, taxes included)
• Additional rooms are currently reserved at Courtyard by Marriott Memphis East Galleria (15 miles east) for $421.22 (2 nights, taxes included)
Please note:
• A minimum room block was required through the Puma EventConnect system for scheduling purposes
• A $22 per room booking fee was required and has already been paid ($220 total, non-refundable)
• Unused rooms will be released, but the booking fees are non-refundable
Additional rooms may be secured while availability lasts. Please reach out directly if you would like to reserve a room.
Team Travel Expectations
While traveling, we operate under a strict “CAAT on Top” policy:
• Athletes must be in CAAT gear when in public
• Behavior must reflect the standards of the program
• Travel is treated as a business trip, similar to a college team environment
There is zero tolerance for:
• Alcohol
• Drugs
• Fighting
• Inappropriate conduct
Violations will result in disciplinary action up to and including removal from the team.
