This will cover your athlete's transportation (excluding flight) from CAAT, Inc. on Friday, May 2, 2025 to all of the games, hotel and dining engagements over the weekend. We will return Sunday evening, May 4, 2025. This covers all meals, beginning with dinner on Friday. This also covers boarding at the Westin Birmingham, 2221 Richard Arrington Jr Blvd N, Birmingham, AL 35203.
We prefer that all the athletes travel and stay together.
If you pay with CashApp or Zelle the Athlete is $436.90. Transactions through the website reflect the 3% processing fee. You have the ability to draw from your fundraising balance to use on travel costs.
When we travel, anytime we are in public, we enforce a strict "CAAT on Top" policy. Must be branded when outside. Our travel trips run very much like a college trip. This is a business trip for our athletes.
There is a zero tolerance policy for alcohol, drugs, sex and fighting. Consequences will be severe up to and including dismissal from the team.
