At CAAT, we are interested in developing all aspects of the abilities of athletes. Each session lasts, 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Athletes that participate in Strength and Conditioning Training should be highly motivated individuals that seek to be the best in their sport. Each athlete will be pushed beyond their current comfort level to ensure growth and development.
Athletes make lasting friendships and grow their skills to have the competitive advantage in their sport.
